NUT MILK

1/2 C         Raw pecans or walnuts or Stage 2 almonds
2 C            Water
1 tbsp        Honey or Maple syrup (optional)

Blend nuts in blender until smooth; add 1/2 C water and blend for a few seconds on low and then return to high and add remaining water.  If milk is grainy strain through a few layers of cheesecloth.
