PANEER (FRIED CHEESE CURD)

3 C       Whole milk
Juice of 1 lemon


Bring milk to boil, add lemon juice until it begins to curdle.
When the curd begins to seperate, remove from stove and strain through cheese cloth.  Make sure all the water is gone.  Flatten it out and put heavy weight on it. Cut it in cubes.
