Coffee Creamer  

3/4 cup 1/2 & 1/2
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Mix together with a whisk and put into a "pour" type container. Keeps as long as the date on the cartons of dairy. We use LOTS of creamer so I double this recipe. For an EXTRA YUMMY touch add a few drops of peppermint extract! It's delightful!!!
