| CHEESE FONDU 3 Tbs butter 3 Tbs flour 1 cup milk 2 cups shredded Swiss or Emmenthal Cheese ground pepper to taste French or Italian bread- cubed Directions: 1) In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour, and pepper to taste. Cook 1 minute 2) Very gradually stir in milk. Stir quickly so that it doesn't get lumpy. When all the mik is in, bring it to a boil. 3) Add the cheese and stir until melted. 4) Transfer the cheese mixure into the fondue pot and serve with bread. |
