Flan
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 can condensed milk
2 cans evaporated milk
vanilla to taste
1 cup sugar(I used half since the condensed milk is sweet already)

Mix all ingredients in blender and strain into cooled caramelized pan(1 cup sugar over burner until it melts-watch it very closely so it doesn't burn or you burn yourself-been there and cost me half a day in the emergency room).
Bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes clean.
Tastes better if you let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 days(dare you!! we hardly make it... LOL)
You may top with whip cream but is not fg approved! We use to,know we stick to stage 1.
