| GRAHAM CRACKERS3 1 C Shortening 2 C Brown sugar 1 C Sugar 2 C Flour 4 C Graham or Whole wheat flour 1 tsp Baking soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1 C Milk 1 tsp Vanilla Cream Shortening and sugar together until fluffy. Add vanilla; sift flour and add all dry; mix in milk and pat out 1/4 inch thick. Cut into squares and prick with fork Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. |
