| GRAHAM CRACKERS 2 1C Graham or whole wheat flour 1C Unbleached flour 1 tsp Baking powder 1/4 C Butter 1/2 C Honey 1/4 C Milk Combine flours, baking powder; cut in butter; stir in honey and then milk. The dough will be thick. Roll out on floured surface 1/4 inch thick. Poke with fork and cut into squares. Brush with milk, and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. |
