| GRAHAM CRACKERS 1 C Graham flour 1 C Whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp Baking soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 C Pear juice concentrate 1/4 C Vegetable oil 1 Banana, sliced 1 tsp Vanilla 1 tsp Cinnamon Sift flours, soda, salt. Mix apple juice, oil, banana, vanilla, and cinnamon in a blender. Mix dry with wet and cut dough in 1/2. Roll out on floured surface 1/8 inch thick. Poke holes in dough with fork. Cut into 2" squares; place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes. Do other have of dough. |
