| CORNBREAD SQUARES 1 cup all-purpose Flour 1 cup cornmeal 1/4 cup Sugar 2 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 2 Eggs, beaten 1 cup Milk 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk and oil. Beat just until moistened. Spoon into a greased 8" square baking pan. Bake at 400* for 20 - 25 minutes or until bread tests done. Yield: 9 servings |
