WHEAT FREE CORN BREAD

2 eggs
1 cup milk (or Rice Dream)
1/3 cup oil or melted butter
1 1/2 cups yellow corn meal
1 cup flour (spelt or oat bran work well)1/4 cup sugar
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt

Preheat over to 450. Grease 8 or 9 inch square pan. Combine all ingredients. Bake 450 appx. 25 mins.
