Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Rounds  

3/4 cup butter, sotened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips (6 oz)

In large bowl beat butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer on medium for 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda - beat until combined - scraping sides of bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined. Beat in as much of the flour with the mixer as you can. Using a spoon - stir in any remaining flour along with the oats and chocolate chips.

Drop dough from rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes until edges are lightly brown. Cool.
