| Marshmallow Filled Cookies
ingredients: graham crackers or thin plain cookies 2 cups chocolate chips 1 Tbsp shortening 1 batch homemade marshmallows 1)Make the marshmallows, but do NOT pour into a pan. 2)Lay out crackers or cookies on a cookie sheet. 3)Spoon a teaspoonful of marshmallow onto each cookie. (an eating teaspoon, not a measuring one) 4)Put in fridge to thicken. 5)Pour remaining marshmallow into prepared pan for regular marshmallows. 6)Melt choc. chips with shortening for easier dipping- a deep cereal bowl is just right. 7)Hold crackers by the edges and dip tops up to the cracker. 8)Replace in fridge to harden. |
