1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients, form into balls and place into cookie sheet.
Use a fork to press the design on the top.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown around the edges.
Adjust cooking time for softer cookies (may only take 10-12 minutes).
Makes approximately 12-18 cookies..
