| NO BAKE COOKIES (SUGAR FREE) Ingredients: 1/2 Cup sugar 2 T Shedds'Willow Run margarine/or non-dairy butter 1 T cocoa 2 T plain soymilk 2 T peanut Butter 1/4 t vanilla 3/4 C regular/or quick cooking oats Melt your margarine in your pan over medium heat.Add your soymilk,cocoa and sugar. Mix them together well.Mix/melt your peanut butter in next.Then add the vanilla.Take off heat and add your oats.Stir to mix and immedietly plop Tablespoons on your waxed paper(on cookie sheet works best).Let cool and set about an hour.These firm real nice but take a little time. * I usually double this recipe because the person I got it from only makes small batches so the standard recipe only makes about 10 cookies.This is a great tasting no-bake cookie that lasts all of five minutes after there ready here.Enjoy!!!
