| LEMON CHOCOLATE CHIP Cream: 3 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1 cup shortening Add: 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla Then add: 2 cups flour 1 tsp. salt Finally add: grated lemon peel from 1 large lemon 6 oz. chocolate chips Drop by tspfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes, or until edges start to brown. Cool on rack. Easy and so yummy. |
