For one bag of Chessman, these are estimates because I didn't measure:
2 tbl. butter, very soft
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 10 x sugar
1 tbl, heaping, Hershey's cocoa
Mix into a very thick frosting. It needs to be thick so it won't mush out of the cookies. Add milk to thin or 10 x sugar to thicken. Enjoy. Took me all of 10 minutes.
