: 1 can chow main noodles
: 12 oz package of chocolate chips
: Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in a large bowl. Stir in the chow mein noodles. Coat the noodles well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. For Easter, you can press 3 jelly beans into the top before they set up. I am pretty sure Squirrel's Nest had the jelly beans last year. It may take a while to harden. The Ghiradelli chips took overnight to harden.
I forgot to add that if you drop them with a large tablespoon the nests are large enough to wrap with celephane and tie with a pretty ribbon. Smaller ones look nice on top of an iced cupcake.
