| TAPIOCA CHOCOLATE CHIP HONEY COOKIE 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. butter 1 whole egg 2 c. Ener-G Pure Tapioca Flour 1 tsp. vanilla (optional) 1 c. chocolate chips (optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream honey and margarine. Beat in the egg. Add vanilla. Gradually beat in the tapioca flour. Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet. Bake until light. Note: Works best with an airbake sheet. Don't put too many on a sheet and don't put them close to the edge because they'll run off. |
