| TAPIOCA HONEY COOKIE 1/2 C honey 1/2 C shortening (I used Crisco) 2 C Pure Tapioca Flour/Starch 1) Preheat to 350. 2) Cream honey and shortening. 3) Beat in the egg. 4) Gradually beat in the tapioca flour. 5) Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet. 6) Bake until light. It was really easy. and they seemed to freeze well too. They remind me of the cookie I used to get as a kid in the best bakery I've ever been to. |
