SCOTISH SHORTBREAD

1 C        Butter
1/2 C     Powdered sugar
2 C        Flour
1/4 tsp   Salt

Preheat Oven to 350.  Cream the butter, sugar. Slowly add the flour, and salt.   Roll out to 1/4 inch tick.  Cut into desired shapes and  place on cookie sheet. Prick with fork. Bake 5-8 mnutes or until light brown on edges.
