1/4 C Mashed banana
1/2 C Peanut Butter
2 large Eggs
3/4 tsp Vanilla
2 tbsp Butter, softened
1 C Unbleached flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 C Chopped nuts
In a mixing bowl beat together banana, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, butter. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in nuts. Drop by spoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Press down cookie with a fork making criss cross markings. Bake at 375 for 5-8 minutes. Cool on wire rack
