| SOFT & CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE 1-1/4 C Sugar 1-1/4 C Brown sugar, packed 1-1/2 C Butter, softened 2 tsp Vanilla 3 Eggs 4-1/2 C Flour 2 tsp Baking soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1-2 pkg Chocolate chips Cream together sugars, butter; add vanilla, and egg. Stir in dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. OPTION: You can substitute 1/2 chocolate chips for white chocolate. You can also freeze dough for up to 2 months. Thaw dough out for at least 1-2 hours. |
