NO FLOUR PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1 C    Peanut butter
1 C    Sugar
1       Egg
1 tsp  Vanilla


Preheat oven to 325.  Mix all ingredients until smooth.  Roll walnut sized balls;  place on cookie sheet and make criss cross marks with tine of fork.  Bake for 10 minutes and cool on rack.  They will be crumbly when warm and fudgy when cool.

Makes about 18 cookies.
