GRANDMAS HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE


4                 Eggs, beaten
1/2 C          Sugar
1/2 C          White vinegar
1/2 C          Water
1 tbsp         Flour
1 tsp            Prepared mustard

Mix ingredients in a saucepan with a wire whisk or electic mixer.  Cook on medium heat until it boils for one minute stirring constantly.  Remove from  heat and cool.


You can use this for deviled eggs, potato salad, or on sandwiches.
