3 C cornflakes crumbs ( 8 C cornflakes processed)
1 C wheat germ
1/2 C sesame seeds
4 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Mix and store in an air tight container.
Use on chicken, pork, beef or fish.

2 C crispy coating
meat or fish
Place beat eggs in one bowl and coating mix in another. Dunk meat or fish in egg and then in coating. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes; turn and bake on other side until crispy.
