1-2/3 C Flour
1 C Brown sugar, packed
1/4 C Carob powder or Cocoa
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 C Water
1 Egg
1/3 C Vegetable oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 C Carob or Chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredient together and with an electric mixer blend in egg, water, and oil. Beat in vanilla on medium until creamy. Pour into square baking pan. Cover top with chips. Bake for 35+45 minutes.
