Ingredients


2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
5 large egg(s)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp table salt
5 heaping Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup low-fat milk
1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions


Cream sugar. eggs and shortening. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk. Bake 1.5 hours at 325* in bundt cake pan or angel food cake pan
