| SUGAR FREE CAROB CAKE (DF,EF) Preheat oven to 350 degrees 3 C. Spelt Flour \ 1/2 C Carob Powder \ 2 tsp. Baking Soda /Blend together in large bowl 1 tsp. Sea Salt / 1 C. Maple Syrup \ 1 C. Water \ 2/3 C. Olive Oil \ 2 tsp. Vanilla /Add to above and blend well 2 TBL. White Vinegar / Place batter in an oiled 9 X 13" pan and bake for @30min. or two oiled 9" cake pans for 30min. or 24 cupcakes for @20min. Frost if desired. |
