I really have missed cooking with the Cream soups, but after trying this, it was even better.
Wrap skinless, boneless chicken breasts in a piece of bacon. Cook for about 35 min. 350 degrees uncovered. While that is cooking, make sauce. I made the white sauce in the recipe section of the book and then added 1 cup of homemade chicken broth to the white sauce. Then I poured this over the chicken and covered. Baked another 30-40 minutes. It was very good and made a great gravy to put over mashed potatoes. My family of picky eaters loved this.
