| Easy Chicken Fingers
03/20/2003, 17:00:56 Edit 12-14 Chicken Tenderloins (whatever will fit on cookie sheet) 1 egg 2-3 tbs milk 1/3 of 12 oz bag Lay's potato chips (crushed) Put potato chips in gallon size plastic bag. Crush chips with your hand or wooden spoon. Set aside. Beat egg and milk in a bowl. Dip chicken in the egg/milk mixture and then place in platic bag to coat in the chips. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 20 minutes. My kids loved it. For you Weight Watcher Mom's it is about 2 points per chicken finger. |
