Sweet Chicken Wings 

1 tray of chicken wings (approximately 24)
1 lb can pineapple chunks in it's own juice
1/3 vegetable oil
1/2 tspn salt
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tspn zesty deli mustard

1. Rinse chicken with cold and pat dry. You do not need to disjoint it unless you want to. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil, and 2 Tablespoons of the pineapple juice, salt, then set aside.

2. Drain juice and put it in a large bowl. Place the pineapple chunks in a blender and puree it. Put it in the bowl with the pineapple juice, soy sauce and mustard.

3. Put the chicken wings in the mixture and allow to marinate while the grill is heating up.

4. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a well oiled grill. Turn the wings frequently and baste with the marinade until they are golden brown and cooked through.
