Use a can of approved beer & drink or pour out about 1/3rd of the beer. Prepare a whole chicken for roasting or grilling & place the beer w/remaining beer in can up the chicken so that the chicken is standing sort of up like it is under arrest The beer can will support the chicken after you shift the bird around a bit.
Season to taste
Grill or bake the chicken until it is done.
This made the chicken very tasty & moist. I am not a beer drinker but really liked this.
