WHITE MACASAGNE

2-3C                               Dry elbow macaroni(cooked & drained)
1-15-16 ounce carton - Ricotta cheese
2                                     Eggs
1 tbsp                             Olive oil
2 cloves                          Garlic, minced
1                                    Onion, minced
1-1/2C                           Half in half
1 tbsp                             Dried oregano
1/2 C                              Grated parmesan cheese
4 oz                               Cream cheese
  1#                                 Cubed cooked chicken
1- 8 oz can                    Mushrrom, drained
  1#                                 Grated mozzarella

Preheat oven to 350.  In a bowl mix ricotta cheese, and eggs together.     Saute
garlic and onion in olive oil on medium heat; add chicken and mushrooms.   Salt and pepper to taste.    

In a oblong casserole dish layer 1/2  maccaroni, ricotta cheese, chicken, parmesan cheese; then the other 1/2 topping with mozzarella cheese.  Bake for   45 minutes.  Can substitute lasasna noodles for maccaroni.
