| FINGER LICKIN CHICKEN WINGS Bag of individually frozen "Wingettes/Drumettes" (plain kind usually found at Sam's/Costco) Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce (I get the big jug at Sam's/Costco) Line a 8x8 or 9x13 pan (depends on number of wings you decide to cook) with foil. Place as many frozen wings into the pan that will feed your family. Cover with Yoshida's sauce. Bake at 350, turning wings occasionally, until sauce starts to thicken and carmelize. Usually takes about an hour-hour 1/2. Make sure you have LOTS of napkins! Those who are stage 2 and like it HOT can add some pepper sauce too! Enjoy! |
