| CHICKEN MEX PIE 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed 1 cups chicken broth � cup flour 1/3 block of cream cheese � t. cumin 1 T. season salt ~ link to recipe 1 9" pie crust, pre-baked ~ link to recipe Mix broth and flour together very well, to get all the lumps out. Pour over chicken breasts in a saucepan. Add cream cheese and seasons to the mixture. Stir all together. Simmer this for 15-20 minutes. Pour into pie crust, bake until bubbly. You can add just about anything to this if you'd like, green onions, veggies, top with cheese. Also instead of pie crust try using flour tortillas that have been layed out and toasted!
