CHICKEN CAKES WITH MUSTARD SAUCE

2 Tbs. butter
4 chopped green onions
1 pressed garlic clove
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 large egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
1Tbs dry mustard
oil for frying

Melt butter in pan and saute onions and garlic. Stir together with the rest of the ingredients. Shape into patties. Fry in oil until brown. Serve with mustard sauce.

Mustard Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
2 chopped green onions
2 Tbs dry mustard
2 pressed garlic cloves
Optional chopped fresh cilantro

Mix and serve
