EASY CHICKEN PASTA

1/2 lb. or so of spaghetti
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP all-purpose flour
2 c. skim milk
approx. 6 oz. frozen broccoli florets
large can Hormel or other approved chicken breast chunks
1/4 cup or so approved grated Parmesan cheese

While the pasta cooks, make a white sauce with the butter, flour, and milk. (See directions in binder.) Add Parmesan and stir until melted. Add chicken chunks and broccoli. Cook over medium heat until chicken and broccoli are hot. (Don't turn the heat up too high, or it will burn on the bottom.)For more flavor, you could add garlic salt, basil, oregano, etc.
