| GRANOLA 6 cups oatmeal 1/2 cup oil 2 cups wheat germ 1 cup raw cashews 2 cups coconut 1 cup nuts (substitute for almonds) 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup honey 3/4 cup water 1 tablespoon salt 4 tablespoons vanilla Mix oatmeal and oil. Add other ingredients through sunflower seeds. Mix honey, water salt and vanilla in another bowl. Pour over dry ingredients and mix. Put on baking sheets and bake 1 1/2 hours at 250 until golden brown. Stir every 15 minutes while baking. |
