BUTTERSCOTCH OATMEAL

2 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. honey (going to try 1/4 next time...really sweet)
2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
4 T. sweet butter

Combine eggs, milk, honey in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir in the oats and cook for 5 more minutes or until done. Add the butter, cover and remove from heat. Let stand for a few minutes, stir and serve. Serves 4 to 6.

Very sweet and yummy and I like the added protein of the eggs and milk.
