CROCK POT BREAD PUDDING

8 slices bread, cubed, I use the flopped bread that sticks to my bread pan..
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Sauce
2 Tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 c water
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla

1. Place bread cubes in greased crock pot
2.Beat together eggs and milk. Stir in sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Pour over bread and stir
3.Cover and cook on high 1 hour. Reduce heat to Low and cook 3-4 hours or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.
4. Make sauce just before pudding is done baking. Begin by melting butter in pan. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add water, sugar, and vanilla. Bring to a boil stirring constantly for 2 minutes, or until thickened.
5. Serve sauce over warm bread pudding.
