Beef Roast (whatever size you would like)
Garlic Salt
Coca Cola - enough to cover roast
Salt & Pepper
3 T. cooking oil
1 - 1 1/2 cups ketchup
Salt, pepper and garlic salt roast well. Sear roast on all sides in
oil. Remove from pan, drain excess fat and place in crock pot. Pour
Coke and ketchup over roast to cover. Cook on low all day.
