CINNAMON PEAR PORK & POTATOES

boneless pork loins - (this recipe is based on 4 1� thick pork loins)
1 small onion, chopped
chicken broth
6 medium red potatoes sliced 1/4� thick
1/2 cup flour
1 small jar of babyfood pears mixed with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon - or cinnamon applesauce if stage 2
1/3 cup brown sugar

Brown pork chops in pan with 1 T butter or olive oil - 4 minutes per side.
Saut� the chopped onion in the same pan while browning pork.

Put the following ingredients in a crock pot in this order: sliced potatoes,
then browned pork and onions. Mix 2 cups chicken broth with flour, then
pour over pork/potatoes. Add enough broth to reach top of pork. Sprinkle
brown sugar over pork.

Cook on low for 8 hours.
