| KIELBASA / POTATO CASSEROLE 1 kielbasa diced fine 2 onions chopped fine 2 potatoes- peeled, boiled and cubed 5 green onions- sliced fine 1-1/2 cups old bread- cubed 5 cloves garlic- chopped fine salt & pepper to taste Directions: 1) Peel potatoes and quarter it. Boil in salted water. When done, drain and cube it 2) While the potatoes are boiling, saute onions and garlic in a pan. When they begin to get translucent, add the chopped kielbasa. Also add the whites and part of the green of the green onions. 3) Add the drained cubed potatoes and stir well. 4) Add the cubed bread and stir well 5) Salt and pepper to taste 6) Put the mixture into a GREASED casserole dish and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. |
