| CROCK POT ITALIAN BEEF 4 to 5 # beef roast 3 C water 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. basil 1 onion, chopped fine Pour ingredients over roast beef. Cook all day -- 7-9 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. Shred and return to broth for 15 min. Serve on bun |
