2 C        Powdered sugar
1-1/2C   Peanut butter
1/2 C     Butter(not too soft)
12 oz     Semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp    Crisco shortening

Combine p. sugar, butter, peanut butter and store in refrigerator covered overnight.  Take out and roll into balls.  Place back in the refrigerator.   Heat chocolate and shortening; lay out ball on wax paper.  Take a toothpick and pierce ball, dunk in chocolate and place on wax paper.  Remove toothpic and spear the next one. You might have to use a new toothpic one the old one gets covered in chocolate.  Let balls set and store in airtight container seperated by wax paper.

VARIATIONS: 
EASTER CANDY - Roll into egg shapes.

Note ~ You can replace the powdered sugar with powdered miLk.
