1/4 C Butter, softened
1 C Powdered sugar
1/2 C Peanut butter
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1 pkg Chocolate chips
mini muffin cups (found in cake decorating isle)
Combine butter, peanut butter; add vanilla and powdered sugar. Roll into walnut sized balls and place. Set aside. Cover cookie sheet with foil and set out muffin tins. Met chocolate and use a teaspoon to spoon a small amount of chocolate into bottom of tins. Place ball inside tins and cover with another spoonful of chocolate. Store covered in refrigerator seperating layers by wax paper.
