| CHOCOLATE MINT PATTIES 10 oz (1/2 pkg) White chocolate 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract 1 pkg Chocolate chips Mini muffin cups ( available at cake decorating isle) Melt white chocolate and stir in peppermint extract. Can be watery so just form into ball and blot on paper towel. Form into little patties about the size of a nickle. Set aside. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and set out muffin cups. Melt the chocolate chips. With a teaspoon , spoon a small amount of chocolate in the bottom of each cup; set pattie on top and cover with another spoonful of melted chocolate. Place in refrigerator until harden. Can be store in refrigerator in layers seperated by wax paper. |
