CHOCOLATE COVERED CANDY

PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

2 1/2 c. fine crushed vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs
1 box powdered sugar
12 oz. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
2 1/2 sticks melted butter or margarine

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into small balls and drop into chocolate glaze. Place on wax paper.


COCONUT BITS

1 lb. coconut
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 c. nuts
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into bite size balls. Dip into chocolate glaze. Place on wax paper.


CHOCOLATE GLAZE

12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 T. shortening

Melt in double boiler. Leave on low heat while dipping candy.
