FLOPPED CAKE PARFAIT


1/2         Cake, broken into pieces
1 pint     Heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp     Sugar
4            Kiwi's,  peeled and sliced thin

Chill the bowl and whipping cream for at least 15 minutes before using.  Whip cream and sugar until thick.  In a large chilled glass bowl, layer as follows:
Whipping cream, cake pieces, kiwi, whipping cream.  Repeat until ingredients are gone.  Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
