1 pint (2C) Pear sauce
3/4 C Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Cook in covered crock pot on high for 8 hours. Stir every hour. About half way take lid off.
When using the Nesco we cook in half the time at a setting of 350.
When done process in jars.
